Project Detail

CT Filtration had a strong product but a specific challenge, whole-house water filtration is not something most Adelaide homeowners have considered before. The website needed to educate as much as it needed to sell, and every design decision was made with that first-time buyer in mind.

The navigation was updated to include product images, giving visitors immediate visual recognition of the systems before reading a word. A dedicated Benefits page was given top-level placement in the navigation rather than buried within a product section, treating it as a marketing tool rather than supporting content. Filtered water has clear, tangible selling points: better for skin, better tasting, easier on appliances and making those visible early in the journey supports the buying decision at the moment it matters most.

To help visitors understand what they are actually purchasing, 3D product walkthrough video produced by a third party was integrated across the product pages. For a product that lives underground or out of sight once installed, seeing exactly how it works and what it looks like removes a significant barrier to purchase. Google Reviews were integrated throughout to add social proof at the points where trust matters most.

The site was built using the JABA CMS platform. Product photography was edited in Photoshop to clearly showcase both below-ground and above-ground installations in real homes. Copywriting and SEO structure were also delivered as part of the project scope.

Designing 5 user roles into one nationwide arts events platform

Open Studios Australia is a nationwide digital platform designed to connect visitors with artists, studios and creative events across the country. The project reimagines the traditional Open Studios experience with a centralised, mobile-first application where people can discover local creative communities, explore studios, attend activities and workshops, and browse curated catalogues. My role covered concept development, user experience design, Object-Oriented UX (OOUX) structuring and interface prototyping, as well as developing the web app using AI-assisted development, with support from JABA's tech team. The platform was built with a strong focus on user experience and accessibility, so visitors, artists, studio owners and licensees all have tools tailored to their needs.
